Drug safety (pharmacovigilance) is of paramount importance to Accord and something we take very seriously. If you think that you or your patient has suffered an adverse event (side effect) with an Accord product, or you would like to report a Product Quality Complaint, we would ask that you report as much information as you can using the form below.
